- Estando dentro desse prazo, a troca ou devolução é grátis.;

Casos sem reembolso

Importante lembrar que não vamos fazer a devolução do valor se:

- Não houver uma solicitação de troca registrada antes pelo Email: [email protected];

- A solicitação estiver fora do prazo;

- A gente receber o que você devolveu, analisar e não estiver tudo de acordo com o que você relatou;  

-  O produto tenha itens/acessórios que você não devolveu junto com ele.

Como realizar o cancelamento                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               - Para realizar o cancelamento de um pedido feito pelo site, basta enviar um  Email para [email protected], informando o número do pedido e o motivo do cancelamento.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          - Após a entrega, você poderá só trocar ou devolver.     

Como trocar

- Para realizar uma troca de um pedido feito pelo site, basta enviar um Email para [email protected], informando o número do pedido, item a ser trocado  e o motivo da troca.

Troca por defeito

- Comunicações sobre produtos com defeito devem ser feitas em até 7 (sete) dias corridos, após o recebimento.

Prazo para concluir o processo de troca

- A gente tem o prazo de até 30 (trinta) dias corridos, contados a partir do recebimento do produto no nosso estoque, para verificar se a solicitação está dentro da nossa política de trocas e devoluções.

Como devolver

- Você viu que está dentro dos nossos prazos pra troca ou devolução, pediu a ou devolução por Email  e agora quer saber como fazer pra devolver o produto?

 É fácil:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               - O produto deve ser devolvido na embalagem original ou similar;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               - Sem indícios de uso, sem violação do lacre original do fabricante;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               -  Acompanhado também dos manuais e todas as peças/acessórios que o acompanham.   

- A gente te manda um código de postagem gratuito por e-mail, você embala o produto exatamente do jeito que a gente explicou no item anterior, feito isso é só ir na agência dos Correios mais próxima para postar.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Esse código tem validade para ser utilizado, então cuidado pra não perder o prazo, tá?

Devolvendo produtos retirados na loja

- Se você retirou o produto aqui no nosso endereço, você tem até 7 dias para abrir a solicitação de devolução e fazer a devolução no mesmo endereço.

Reembolso

Devolução do valor pago                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - A gente vai devolver o valor do produto dependendo da forma de pagamento que você escolheu durante a compra. Ou seja, se você pagou com:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Cartão de crédito: a administradora do cartão recebe a notificação e, então, você vai ser estornado de todo o valor do produto devolvido de uma vez, mesmo que tenha escolhido pagar parcelado. Você pode conferir o reembolso do valor na fatura do cartão, que vai estar como crédito.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 - O prazo do estorno depende da administradora do cartão, mas geralmente o valor aparece em até duas faturas, geradas depois da sua solicitação de devolução do produto.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  - Boleto bancário ou débito em conta: vamos fazer um depósito em até 10 (dez) dias úteis na conta corrente de quem fez a compra, que não pode ser uma conta conjunta.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                -  O CPF do titular da conta corrente tem que ser o mesmo que consta lá no pedido, que também é igual ao que está no cadastro da pessoa que comprou.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 - PIX: você recebe um crédito em conta no valor do PIX feito, em até 2 (duas) horas após a aprovação do reembolso. 

Quando recusar a entrega

- A gente envia os produtos exatamente como eles chegam do fabricante. Você deve recusar a entrega e descrever o motivo nos seguintes casos:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 - Você já solicitou o cancelamento, mas o produto já estava em rota de entrega;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Embalagem aberta ou avariada, por exemplo, amassada ou molhada;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Produto quebrado, amassado, riscado ou danificado;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Produto completamente diferente do que você comprou;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Peças ou acessórios faltando.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 - Se, por qualquer razão, você não recusar a entrega, tem até 7 (sete) dias corridos para a troca ou devolução do produto.
